Abstract

This narrative explores my experience in using meditation to link my personal and professional self in teaching, in relationships and toward my self.  I found as the practice of meditation progressed, my life took on a new significance and meaning. I began speaking and teaching my classes from an understanding that transcended the mind, from an understanding of my heart.
