Abstract

Reflections Volume 26 Number 1 includes an update from the Editorial Leadership Team and Editorial Board. This issue introduces an author-centric approach to the journal’s culture and shares updated criteria to be used in the manuscript review process. Most importantly we highlight the articles herein that express the overriding themes of balancing professional and personal boundaries, identifying underlying assumptions, and promoting self-awareness.
